Terms of Service

By accessing or using Secrets Discovery, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

In these terms, "Secrets Discovery," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the service and its operators.

Secrets Discovery provides palmistry, tarot, astrology, love compatibility, soulmate portrait sketches, and Oryon chat content for entertainment, self-reflection, and personal insight. The service does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, emergency, or professional advice.

Soulmate portraits are creative illustrations inspired by your readings. They are not photographs of a real person and must not be treated as factual identification.

You are responsible for your own choices. Do not make safety, health, legal, financial, or relationship decisions based only on a reading or generated image.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Secrets Discovery. You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account access secure.

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You can delete your account from profile settings.

You may submit palm photos, names, birth details, tarot questions, chat messages, portrait preferences, and other inputs so we can generate readings or images. You confirm that you have the right to submit that content.

You keep ownership of your submitted content. You give us permission to process, host, store, display, and transmit it as needed to provide, secure, improve, and support the service.

Some features require credits or payment. Prices, packages, credit amounts, oracle question bundles, and feature access are shown before checkout. Stripe processes payments and may apply its own terms and privacy practices.

Reading credits unlock gated features such as premium palm readings, tarot unlocks, love compatibility, and soulmate portrait generation, as shown at purchase. Credits expire 30 days after payment confirmation unless a checkout page, promotion, or law says otherwise.

Oryon chat uses question bundles. Some packs grant oracle-only question bundles. When your Oryon balance is empty, one reading credit unlocks 10 questions for a 30-day access window. After that window ends or the balance is used, another credit or qualifying purchase is required for a new bundle.

Used credits and consumed digital deliverables are not refundable because the service is delivered immediately. Unused purchases may be handled according to the checkout terms and applicable law.

Unless a checkout page clearly says otherwise, credit packs are one-time purchases and not subscriptions. We may offer free readings, trials, discounts, or promotional access, and we may change or end promotions at any time.

Do not use Secrets Discovery to break the law, harm another person, submit content you do not have permission to use, interfere with the service, scrape or reverse engineer the product, abuse credits or checkout flows, attempt unauthorized access, or overload our systems.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if we believe the service is being misused or if continued access creates risk for users, the product, or our providers.

The Secrets Discovery brand, product interface, reading structure, prompts, generated layouts, copy, source code, and visual system belong to Secrets Discovery or its licensors. You may use your personal readings and portraits for your own non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, resell, repackage, train competing systems on, or commercially exploit the service or its generated reading formats without written permission.

The service depends on third-party providers for authentication, payments, hosting, email, analytics, storage, and content generation. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or systems outside our control.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that readings, portraits, or chat replies will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or suitable for any specific decision.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Secrets Discovery and its licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for decisions you make after using the service.

We may update these terms when the product, law, providers, or business needs change. The updated date at the top shows when these terms last changed. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
