In this policy, "Secrets Discovery," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the service available at secretsdiscovery.com and related subdomains.

The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

We collect information you submit when you create an account, start a reading, buy credits, contact support, or use a paid feature. This may include your name, email address, preferred language, login profile, optional phone number, CPF when required for checkout or billing in Brazil, palm reading target name, pronouns or gender reference, dominant hand, tarot question, birth chart inputs (date, time, and place), love compatibility names and birth dates, Oryon chat messages, soulmate portrait preferences, and optional quiz or funnel answers used to personalize a reading.

When you upload a palm photo, we use it only to generate that reading. We store the reading result and derived hand attributes, such as line patterns, palm areas, element, confidence scores, and related interpretation details. We do not keep the raw palm photo as the permanent reading record in our primary database.

When you generate a soulmate portrait, we store the resulting image, the prompt context needed to display it in your account, and links to the reading it came from.

We collect technical information needed to run the service, protect accounts, prevent abuse, and understand product performance. This may include device and browser data, IP address, timestamps, pages visited, referring pages, session identifiers, crash or error logs, and payment status events.

We use cookies, local storage, and session storage for authentication, language preference, reading flow continuity, checkout, security, and analytics. Analytics tools may record usage patterns so we can find bugs and improve the product experience.

We use your information to create and save readings, deliver account features, show your reading history, manage credits and Oryon question balances, process payments, send transactional or opted-in marketing emails, respond to support requests, prevent fraud or misuse, debug the service, measure performance, and improve future readings.

We do not use palm photos for identity verification, biometric authentication, or to build an identification profile. Palm photos are used only to create the reading experience you requested.

Soulmate portraits are illustrative creative outputs tied to your readings. They are not identity documents and should not be treated as proof of who someone is.

We share information only with providers that help the service work. These include Clerk for authentication, Neon and Postgres for database storage, Stripe for payments, xAI/Grok, OpenAI, or similar model providers for reading and image generation, Resend for email delivery, Vercel for hosting, Vercel Blob for stored portrait files when enabled, Google Analytics for usage measurement, and Microsoft Clarity for product diagnostics.

Payment card details are handled by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with data brokers. We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

We keep account information, purchases, credits, readings, Oryon chat history, and generated portraits for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain your history, meet legal or tax obligations, prevent fraud, and resolve disputes. Some operational logs are kept for shorter periods.

If you delete your account from profile settings or ask us to delete your data, we delete or de-identify associated information unless we must keep limited records for legal, security, payment, or accounting reasons.

You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal information. You can unsubscribe from non-essential marketing emails using the link in those messages. Transactional emails about purchases, account access, or security may still be sent.

If you are in Brazil, you may also exercise rights under applicable data protection law, including confirmation of processing, correction, anonymization, portability, and deletion where the law allows.

To make a privacy request, email support@secretsdiscovery.com from the email address connected to your account so we can verify the request.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. No online service is perfectly secure, so you should use a strong login method and keep access to your account private.

We may update this policy when the product, providers, laws, or business needs change. The updated date at the top shows when this policy last changed. Continued use of the service after an update means the revised policy applies.
